I AM NOTICED is a philosophy that can create and sustain positivity in a culture through discovery, positive self talk, Noticing goodness, want to and reframing. Jaime Lyon and Amy Johnson have created I AM NOTICED. Jaime provides an "I AM" art experience that includes creativity and positivity. Amy provides character education curriculum. These components come together to create simple, yet powerful programming for people of all ages. Amy and Jaime love collaborating and sharing their passion with participants while building confidence, character relationships and resilience. Their content is genuinely impactful and essential.

I AM NOTICED is a Kansas City based program. It is available for national or international school programs, administrations, clubs, non profits, teams or others who find value in the importance of goodness. This program is what it is today because of the ongoing input and contributions of many professionals including current and retired educators. Their support is a priceless asset.

Jaime Lyon is also the founder of INJOY, LLC. She is an artist, speaker, and self esteem advocate. She uses art as a tool to build character and self awareness through teaching private art lessons and her You Are Amazing journal. She is incredibly passionate about spreading JOY

Amy Johnson is also the founder of The Noticed Network, LLC. She is a motivational speaker and Certified Coach & Self-Talk Trainer. Her passion is to educate and inspire people, and the organizations that they are a part of, to create more positivity by Noticing the goodness in themselves and others.
